On top of that, inconsistent NAP (Name, Address, Phone Number) details across directories were adding to the frustration. 😅

Approach:
I optimized their Google Business Profile, updated service details, and added local content. But to really make a difference, I added a little “secret sauce” that made their profile stand out. I revamped their review strategy, encouraged more customer feedback, and ensured their NAP details were consistent across all directories.
